My recap of the first annual Open Simulator Community Conference

Well the first annual opensim community conference is over and even though the first day was hella boring today was alright.

I personally am very picky of which seminar i attend but i did go to two. First one was about Virtual Currency and learned alot there. Mostly becoming scared as shit to sell anything virtual thanks to the new law in the USA. I can understand why the americans made that law but it now scares those on a government pension who are looking for a easy quick way to become self employed with a steady income to get off of the pension.

Second one was the great and mighty Justin Clark-Casey talking about the ever confusing config ini files for Open Sim which cleared up alot of confusion for me. So thank you JC for un-confusing me with the config.

Anyways during the break i was not only able to take some pics but met up with some old friends and thanks to them clearing up a misunderstanding which led to me leaving i will be making my return to the virtual opensim world. This time with a new idea hopefully exclusively for LFGrid. (LFG is HG enable so you all can jump on over to see my work). Anyways heres some cool parcel designs of sponsor grids.

Can't wait till next year. Am thinking however of donating a full sim just to make a all gaming sim for all the gamers that uses opensim. Games like casino's, amusement park stuff, and other games all of course would be free to demonstrate that you can still have fun in any virtual world powered by opensim.

Thanks for reading this. Won't be blogging for afew days because of my surgery in afew hours which i have to be put to sleep for and got alot of catching up to do since i have not done any dev work since thursday.

Bye.
